cracked ribs

all laid up with cracked ribs. It's not so bad I guess, it only hurts to sneeze, cough, blow my nose, lay down to sleep, pick up Trey, and ride my bike. so I haven't been on the bike since last monday. It happened on the Monday Night Ride with six other stupid individuals... I haven't blogged much about this small group of committed cyclists, but they are crazy enough to come together and ride in 22 degree weather at 10 oclock at night in the first real snow and ice of the season. I crashed that night.. four of us crashed. some on slippery tracks, others on the ice. So it looks like recovery is most likely going to take 6-8 weeks.
